Understand this is a generic questionnaire.

A little bit of leg work on your part and we can expedite our efforts to get you a cost.

We do not want to leave you short in regards to this budgetary proposal - so we respectfully request the following information:

A. Pictures to show: 

  • All 4 elevations – best case considering trees or other obstructions
  • Under floor – Joist and girder direction in regards to the length and width


B. In lieu of under floor pictures to show: 

  • Hand sketch of floor plan with direction of joist and girders shown.                                                                 
  • Exterior dimensions only.


C. Plot Plan Showing: 

  • Dimensions at side and rear yards
  • Note fences at the property lines


D. Soils Report if available



With this preliminary information the Scope of work would cover:

1. Jack & hold house
2. Demo out existing foundation and / or skirting and interior bearing points
3. Excavation for foundation footing:

  • Foundation will be per IBC - regular spread footing for two story structure with good soil – “Ball Park Quote”
  • CAUTION: Soils report could reflect additional foundation – size – type - through recommendations - if bad soils shows up
  • Removal of spoils for regular spread footing for two story structure with good soil – “Ball Park Quote”
  • CAUTION: Haul off is predicated on clean soils i.e. hazardous materials shown on soils analytical report – Extra dump fees not included


4. Pour foundation

  • Set Forms
  • Place concrete and rebar
  • Strip and remove forms


5. Carpentry

  • Install mudsill and double top plate with cripples depending on slope if any


6. Let down and remove shoring
7. Remove all debris related to our scope of work
